The Segal Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a rich, full-bodied kosher red from Israel’s Upper Galilee, offering ripe black plum, cherry, and cassis aromas alongside hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and concentrated, with soft tannins, dark fruit, subtle earthiness, and a warm, lingering finish. Aged for 14 months in French and American oak, it has a nicely balanced combination of fruit and spice and pairs particularly well with roast beef, lamb, or mature cheeses.
