The 2022 Château Fourcas Dupré, from the Listrac-Médoc appellation of Bordeaux, is a beautifully structured wine that showcases the estate’s dedication to quality winemaking. A classic Left Bank blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, this vintage presents aromas of blackcurrant, ripe cherries, and plums, accented by hints of cedar, tobacco, and graphite. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with polished tannins, bright acidity, and a refined balance, leading to a long, elegant finish of dark fruit, earthy spice, and subtle oak. With excellent aging potential (10–15 years), this wine pairs perfectly with grilled meats, roasted lamb, and aged cheeses.
